I have been painting and working as an illustator and graphic artist for over fifteen years. My fine pet portraits are true-to-life paintings that create a lasting memory of your dog, cat, rabbit, horse or other special loved one. I try to portray not only your pet’s physical appearance but also capture the essence and spirit that you love so much. Your pet can be set in a favorite background making your pet portrait even more personal. The pet portraits are painted on board in a very realistic, but fun style that will reflect your pet accurately. I started painting pet portraits because I love animals. The first pet portraits in the style you see here on this site, were painted of my neighbor’s dogs. I realized how much joy it brought me to be able to capture her favortie companions in a painting and how happy she was with the dog portraits.
